In 2017 I worked at Citi in the new Citi FinTech department. I collaborated with teams from Citi, Amazon and PayPal to upgrade the Citi Mobile App, with smarter features and CX.

Our work got results. In 2018, Citi saw a 26% increase in mobile active users, and an 11% increase in digital active users.
